Very warm, and potentially active conditions are ahead for your Friday Farmcast. Temperatures are starting out extremely warm this morning, with most valley locations only falling into the mid 60's to low 70's. Afternoon high temperatures are projected to climb into the low to mid 90's in the valley. Partly cloudy skies will continue to funnel into the region from the East throughout the day, and the slight potential for showers/t-storms will return to the valley later on this afternoon. Winds will be out of the Northwest up to around 15mph, with gusts up to around 25mph. Humidity values will only fall to around 40 percent this afternoon. Your Friday morning sunrise is set for 5:40am, and sunset will be at 8:32pm.
The active weather will mostly recede into the higher elevations this weekend, with a very slight chance of showers/t-storms continuing in the valley. Temperatures will drop by a degree or two on Saturday, but the heat will ramp up on Sunday. Valley locations will be climbing into the mid to high 90's as early as Sunday, and could even climb into the triple digits from Sunday through Tuesday. Temerature will stay between 5 to 10 degrees above average through your extended forecast.
