Although not quite as breezy as Wednesday, the north winds blew again today, which kept our relative humidity very low... most Valley locations were in the single digits, which led to high fire danger. Surface high pressure to our north will finally move inland, which will allow the winds to turn more southerly by tomorrow, which will bring in a bit more humidity... and lower our fire danger some.
On the Ridge, the Jarbo Gap winds will blow again tonight, subsiding around noon Friday. They'll effect areas near the Feather River Canyon, specifically near Pentz Road.
Light southerly winds can be expected into next week... But it will still be hot, with plenty of sunshine.
