After a cool start to our Thursday, it got hot in the afternoon with Valley highs in the upper 80's. As high pressure continues to strengthen, look for Valley high temperatures to reach the middle 90's this weekend. High pressure will weaken next week, allowing our temperatures to cool back down. The longer October nights will mean the mornings will be cool at least.
While the Valley winds have subsided, the Jarbo Gap winds will blow strongly again tonight. So, if it was windy at your house last night on the Ridge, it'll be windy again tonight. The Jarbo Gap winds should end this weekend.
