A disturbance call early Friday morning has led to drug charges for a Paradise man and the seizure of nearly 3 pounds of honey oil for drug agents.

Police responded to a disturbance on the 1200 block of Bennett Road in Paradise around 2:30 a.m. Upon their arrival they found the drug lab, and called in Butte County drug agents.

A search warrant was executed at the property and a large scale closed-loop butane honey oil lab was found. Officers also located several bottles and canisters of butane, several glass and PVC extraction tubes, and four vacuum ovens used to produce butane honey oil.

Marijuana plants were located in one of three indoor grow rooms, which were set up for year round marijuana cultivation.

In all, officers seized 210 pounds of marijuana bud, 107 pounds of hanging and drying marijuana, nearly 3 pounds of honey oil and 2.6 ounces of MDMA.

Thirty-three year old Paradise resident Donald Heur was arrested at the home and booked into the Butte County Jail on suspicion of manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of marijuana for sale, possession of MDMA for sale and marijuana cultivation.
