Extreme heat, and low humidity values will continue to make working outside a little tougher on this Friday. Temperatures are starting off in the low to mid 60's for the valley this morning, and will climb into the high 90's to low triple digits again this afternoon. Those values will range between 6 to 12 degrees above average for this time of year. Humidity values will continue to be critically low today, and will bottom out in the 5 to 15% range this afternoon. Winds will pick up a little today, but should stay at or below 10mph out of the North.
There is some relief from the heat ahead in your extended forecast, with high temperatures fall into the low to mid 90's range next week. Make sure you stay hydrated if you're working outside, and don't forget the sun screen!
