The Happy Camp Fire, burning in Siskiyou County since mid-August is now 94-percent contained.
The fire burning in the Klamath National Forest has burned nearly 132,000 acres, but recent storms have helped crews get a handle on the blaze.
Fire crews were pulled off of the fire Wednesday and Thursday and today they are working to remove trees that fell during the storm.
Full containment is expected by Friday October 31. A community meeting will be held tonight at 6 p.m. at the Ft. Jones City Hall/Community Center, 11960 East Street, Fort Jones, CA.
The fire has cost more than $87 million, making it California's most expensive wildfire in 2014.
