ATHENS, Greece (AP) - Banks are closed throughout Greece today and the rest of the week, following the government's announcement of capital controls.

ATMs are expected to open later today, at which time withdrawals will be limited to 60 euros ($67) per day.

The finance ministry says it'll announce soon how pensioners will receive their money.

Greece, which faces a possible default on its debts, has yet to satisfy the conditions of creditors before it can receive a 7.2 billion euro ($8.1 billion) rescue loan installment.

The deadline for a decision is tomorrow.
