A source close to the family, who wished to remain anonymous, told Action News Now the toddler was being watched by a baby sitter Monday. When the mother arrived back home, she allegedly found the infant boy unresponsive.
Investigators say emergency crews tried to revive the infant at the Elk Creek Indian Reservation before transporting the toddler to Glenn Medical Center , where he was later air lifted to U.C. Davis Medical Center in Sacramento.
