United States Forest Service officers, along with Glenn County drug agents arrested a man Tuesday they found tending to nearly 3,000 marijuana plants in the Mendocino National Forest.
Pablo Barreto, 40, of Reedy, was arrested at the grow site by USFS agents Tuesday.
On Wednesday, Glenn County agents raided the site and found loaded weapons, methamphetamine paraphernalia and 2,998 marijuana plants.
Barreto is in custody at the Glenn County Jail for cultivation of marijuana, possession of marijuana for sales, and criminal conspiracy. His bail has been set at $55,000.
