Freezing temperatures have taken hold of some valley locations overnight. Areas of the mid valley have fallen into the 30 to 32 degree range, while stronger winds have kept north valley locations in the low to mid 40's. Afternoon high temperatures are expected to warm up from yesterday, and should end up in the mid 50's for most areas. Winds will be lighter today, but gusts to 20mph are possible in the northern end of the valley. Sustained winds are projected to stay at around 10mph out of the North. Humidity values will fall into the teens this afternoon. Your Thursday morning sunrise is set for 7:28am, and sunset will be at 4:54pm.
The Freeze Warning is set to stay in place until noon on Friday. Temperatures will fall to around or below freezing in the valley again for Friday morning. Temperatures will warm up this weekend, and overnight low temperatures will slowly trend towards the mid 40's by next week. High temperatures will climb into the high 50's to low 60's next week.
