Former Chester Utilities Manager Allegedly Used District Credit Card at Strip Club

The Plumas County News has reported today the Plumas County District Attorney’s Office has accused former Chester Public Utilities District General Manager William D. Turner of felony embezzlement.

According to the online report, Turner is accused of charging over $1,720 on the Utility District's credit card at a Nevada strip club in October 2010.
