Hot, dry, and breezy conditions will lead to higher fire danger in your Wednesday forecast. Winds are shifting today, and will head out of the North by this afternoon .While the winds aren't very strong, they will make leave the region with extremely dry conditions this afternoon. There is a Red Flag Warning in effect for the Northwest corner of the state until 11pm tonight. Humidity values will dip to about 10% this afternoon there, and down to around 15% for the rest of the north state.
Temperatures will be slightly cooler than yesterday, but will continue to be at or just above average for this time of year. Valley locations will climb into the 92 to 98 degree range this afternoon, while mountains will mostly be in the mid 80's to low 90's.
