CalFire crews were able to fully contain a 400 acre blaze burning west of Durham.

The fire broke out just before 2 this afternoon in the Llano Seco Refuge.

Windy conditions lead to the blaze spreading 400 acres. No structures or homes were threatened.
Fire crews remain on scene to put out any hot spots. Although the flames are close to the roadway, there are no road closures.

Firefighters are asking drivers to drive with caution and be mindful of the fire crews.
