Findings in Officer Involved Shooting Announced Tomorrow

Tomorrow we will learn the outcome of the investigation into the fatal officer involved shooting at Gold Country Casino in Oroville.
Butte County District Attorney Mike Ramsey has scheduled a news conference for Wednesday afternoon to announce the findings.
35-year-old Sengaroune Silaphandeth was shot and killed in the parking lot of the casino the morning of July Second, by Butte County Sheriff's Deputy Jason Piaza .
Authorities say he tried to pull a handgun during a struggle with two deputies, who were responding to a call of suspicious activity.
Silaphandeth was wanted by U.S. Marshals for violating federal probation ... stemming from a drug conviction in South Dakota.####
