Today was a windy one around the North State! These winds will diminish overnight, and look for a few showers to move in on Wednesday. Then, the heat arrives for the weekend!
Strong north winds blew in the Valley today, with gusts up to 35 mph. These winds will subside overnight, and won't return again any time soon. Temperatures look like they won't change much in the next 24 hours, so tomorrow looks like a beautiful day! High clouds will thicken in the afternoon ahead of a storm coming our way.
That storm will head somewhat south of us, but should still bring us scattered showers on Wednesday. It looks much weaker than our most recent storms.
High pressure will return late this week, after the storm has passed. Look for Valley highs near 80 on Friday, and into the middle and upper 80's this weekend!
