Search efforts for a missing six month old baby are ongoing, and the Shasta County Sheriff's Office is asking anyone with information to come forward.

Meanwhile, the child's father, Matthew Graham has been arrested on a probation violation and is being held in the Shasta County Jail without bail. The violation stems from Graham's failure to disclose presciption medications, according to the sheriff's office.

According to the sheriff's office, Ember Graham was last seen inside a home on Noosha Lane around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Happy Valley area. She was reported missing by Matthew at 5:26 a.m.

A handful of law enforcement agencies are on the scene, including a child abduction response team, the Redding Police Department and the Anderson Police Department. Lt. Kent tells Action News Now that an Amber Alert has not been issued, because the case does not exhibit many of the criteria required.

According to the Department of Justice, an Amber Alert is only issued when law enforcement agents confirm an abduction has taken place, the child is as risk of serious injury or death, there is sufficient descriptive information of child, captor, or captor's vehicle.

Anyone with information is asked to call (530) 229-8209.
