Extreme heat, mostly sunny skies, and light winds are ahead for your Friday Farmcast. Temperatures have only dipped into the low to mid 70's in the valley overnight, and are projected to climb into the 105 to 111 degree range this afternoon. Winds will be out of the South up to around 10mph, and humidity values are expected to dip into the 15 to 30 percent range later today. Your Friday morning sunrise is set for 5:41am, and sunset will be at 8:39pm.
Temperatures will be a little cooler this weekend. Valley locations will have highs between 93 to 100 degrees on Sunday, but widespread triple digit heat will return on Monday. Even hotter temperatures will return towards the middle of next week, and will continue through your 4th of July weekend. Make sure that you take precaution if you're working outside. Make sure you stay hydrated, and dress for the heat over the next week and a half.
