Orange County prosecutors say 51-year-old Wayne Martin Fong of Tustin entered pleas Wednesday to 12 felony charges of grand theft and money laundering. He was sentenced to six months in jail and must pay more than $300,000 in restitution.

Fong is a former vice president of by Fidelity National Title Group. Part of his job was to oversee vendors who found missing assets for the company.
