Catalyst Domestic Violence Services (in partnership with the Paradise Center for Tolerance and Nonviolence) will host a free documentary film screening on Monday, October 21st at the Paradise Public Library.
"Telling Amy's Story" is a documentary film hosted by actress and activist Mariska Hargitay, which follows the timeline of a domestic violence homicide that took place on November 8, 2001.
The film will start at approximately 6:30 p.m. and will be followed by a short discussion. Refreshments will be provided.
The screening is being held in honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month 2013.
