The Patrick Ranch Museum in Chico is proud to host a huge display of depression and carnival glass from now, through the end of April.
On Sunday, March 8th, you can learn about the history of Depression Glass during a program presented by Barbara Gore of "Barb's Bygones" in Durham.
Gore will talk about when depression glass was produced and given away, during the dark days of the depression.
Many people collect depression glass which is a clear or translucent glass of various colors.
There will be two workshops offered Sunday at the Visitors Center. The times are 11:30 am and at 1:30 pm.
It's free to attend.
The Glenwood Farm House at the ranch will also be decorated with depression glass. There is a cost of $5.00 to take the tour.
The Patrick Ranch Museum is located at 10381 Midway in Durham. It's regularly open Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.
