Dense fog has developed across the valley overnight, and most areas are reporting visibility down to a quarter of a mile to start the day. The fog will slowly diminish throughout the morning, and will give way to mostly sunny skies this afternoon. Valley temperatures are starting out in the mid 40's to low 50's, and are projected to climb back into the mid 60's to low 70's this afternoon. Winds will be light, and humidity values will only dip to around 50 percent this afternoon. Your Thursday sunrise is set for 6:55am, and sunset will be at 5:48am.
Fog does not look to be as big of a factor over the next few days. Mostly sunny skies will be ahead through the weekend, and temperatures will be slightly cooler by Saturday. The subtle cooling trend will be short lived, and warmer temperatures will return by Monday. Dry weather will be ahead for the valley through your extended forecast.
