Two separate crashes on Interstate 5, just south of the Twin View Boulevard off-ramp created some traffic headaches for Redding drivers late Thursday morning.
The accident, which happened around 11:30 a.m., was caused when silver Toyota Camry traveling southbound on I-5 rolled over after losing control while making a lane change.
A second accident happened in the northbound lanes when the driver of a silver Nissan Altima rear-ended a Ford SUV as the she allegedly looked over at the accident in the southbound lanes.
The woman driving the Toyota Camry that rolled over was transported to Mercy Medical Center with unknown injuries, no other injuries were reported.
Traffic in the area was slowed in both directions for nearly 45 minutes while crews cleared the scene.
