Court appearance for woman charged with murder in Vegas Strip crash

LAS VEGAS (AP) - The Oregon woman accused of intentionally running over dozens of pedestrians on the Las Vegas Strip with her young daughter in the car makes her first court appearance today.

Twenty-four-year-old Lakeisha Holloway is charged with felony murder, hit-and-run and child abuse.

Sunday's crash killed one person and injured at least 35 people. Holloway's attorney has acknowledged that her mental health could be an issue.
