DENVER (AP) - Bill Cosby is set to take the stage in Denver, despite a planned protest over sexual assault claims that have been directed at him.

The 77-year-old comedian performed without disruption in Pueblo on Friday and is slated for two Saturday shows in Denver, where protesters are expected to gather outside the downtown venue. About 25 people protested outside the Pueblo show.

The comedian faces sexual assault allegations from more than 15 women, with some claims dating back decades. He's denied the allegations through his lawyer and hasn't been charged.

Los Angeles attorney Gloria Allred is set to hold a news conference with one of Cosby's alleged victims before the Denver shows.

Earlier in the week, Cosby released a statement thanking his "courageous" fans and saying he's ready to perform in Colorado.
