It cooled down nicely today, and we're not done! Even cooler weather is on the way for Wednesday and Thursday.
Low pressure off the California coast has broken high pressure down, kicked up a Delta Breeze, and cooled us down nicely. As this low approaches us, we'll continue to cool down. The low will move right over northern California on Thursday, although it is pretty weak. It should be strong enough to bring us partly to mostly cloudy skies and a few mountain showers... along with much cooler weather for the first day of October!
The low will move east by Friday. Along with a breezy north wind, the sun will be back and so will the 90's for us in the Valley for a couple of days. A new (fairly weak) low will move near the North State by Sunday, cooling us down yet again, and perhaps sparking a shower in the mountains. Next week looks to start cool, as well!
