Chilly temperatures, cloudy skies, and strong North winds are ahead for your Monday Farmcast. Winds are impacting overnight low temperatures, leaving some cities in the valley much warmer than others. Stronger winds have left Red Bluff and Corning in the low to mid 40's, while Chico and Redding have dipped into the mid to high 30's overnight. Red Bluff and Corning have had winds between 15 to 20mph, while Redding has had winds out of the North from 5 to 10mph. Afternoon high temperatures are only projected to climb into the mid to high 50's in the valley. Winds will be a big factor today, with sustained winds out of the North to 15mph, and gusts up to 25mph. Humidity values will drop to around 25 to 40 percent this afternoon. Your Monday morning sunrise is set for 6:53am, and sunset will be at 4:50pm.

More clouds, slightly warmer temperatures, and lighter winds are expected over the next few days. Temperatures will slowly warm back into the high 60's to low 70's in the valley by Thursday. Dry conditions are expected to persist through your extended forecast, but clouds will fluctuate over the next several days.
