Sunny and cool today around the North State. Veteran's Day will start cold... but finish mild. Our next storm arrives this weekend.
Yesterday's storm has moved east, and we saw a lot of sun today! With clear skies overnight, look for temperatures to plunge... Valley & Ridge lows will be near freezing, while mountain lows will drop to the teens and 20's. A weak storm passing to our north will bring us a few high clouds on Veteran's Day, but not much. With high pressure strengthening, look for afternoon highs to warm up a bit as we finish off this week. The overnight lows will remain chilly, however!
Saturday looks like a nice day as well. Our next storm arrives Sunday... the third Sunday in a row of stormy weather. At this point, it's looking like another cool storm, although not quiet as cold as the last one. After that, our models are diverging. One is bringing another good storm on in for Tuesday, while the other is calling for sunshine! We'll have to wait a few more days for them to come to a consensus as to what next Tuesday holds. But they both agree that this Sunday will be stormy... again!
