Patchy fog has developed in parts of the valley this morning, but visibility is starting to improve. Redding had visibility down to a quarter of a mile earlier overnight, but that has now increased to 6 miles by 6:00 am. Partly to mostly cloudy skies will be ahead across the entire north state for your Wednesday. Temperatures are starting out in the high 30's to mid 40's for the valley and foothills, and in the high 20's to high 30's in the mountains. High temperatures will be in the 61 to 68 degree range in the valley/foothills, and low to mid 50's in the mountains. Winds are picking up, and will gust to around 20mph out of the North.
Skies will continue to clear, and temperatures will continue to climb through the end of the week. Valley locations will be sunny, with highs in the mid 60's to low 70's by Friday. Temperatures will start to fall, and clouds will fill in on Sunday. The chance for mountain showers will return on Sunday, and widespread showers could return by Monday. I hope everyone has a wonderful Wednesday!
