Sunny and warm again around the North State today, but that will change tomorrow as a weak storm brushes by us. Look for clouds to thicken Saturday.
Our sunny and warm weather today will give way to cloudier and cooler weather Saturday, but any kind of wet weather should stay in the Siskiyous... The rest of the North State will be dry, as we'll be seeing just the southern end of this storm. The sun will be back on Sunday, and with the help of a north breeze look for Valley highs to flirt with 80! Monday looks pretty warm, too.
A cold low from the Gulf of Alaska will head our way for Tuesday, but the latest model runs are keeping it out of California, and only as far south as Oregon. I still anticipate a cooldown as clouds thicken back up Tuesday, but no T-Storms or rain. North winds will gust 10 to 25 mph by Tuesday afternoon.
High pressure will build in quickly behind this storm, and our temperatures will warm quickly as a result. Look for Valley highs to soar to near 80 by Wednesday, and middle & upper 80's after that!
