BOSTON (AP) - The jury is expected to soon get the case in the trial of Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev (joh-HAHR' tsahr-NEYE'-ehv).

Tsarnaev's lawyers admit that their client took part in the bombing that killed three and wounded hundreds others, but they say Tsarnaev's older brother, who was killed during the manhunt, was the mastermind behind the attack.

Closing arguments are set for today.
