Clearing skies, warmer temperatures, and mild conditions are returning to the north state in your Wednesday forecast. There is still a very slight chance of light showers lingering in the region this morning, but that chance is tapering off very fast. Temperatures dipped into the mid 40's in the valley overnight, and low 30's to low 40's in the mountains. Afternoon high temperatures will climb into the low to mid 60's in the valley, and into the mid 40's to mid 50's in the mountains. Winds are expected to be light, but some areas could have winds out of the West up to around 10mph.
Temperatures will continue to warm as skies clear through the end of the week. Most valley locations will be in the 70's by Friday. There will be a slight chance of showers sagging past the Oregon border on Friday night into early Saturday morning, but that chance looks to be very limited. Temperatures will then warm into the mid 70's with clearing skies in the valley on Sunday. Clouds will return to the region as temperatures dip back into the mid to high 60's by next Tuesday. I hope everyone enjoyed the wet weather we had yesterday, and has a wonderful Wednesday!
