Partly cloudy skies, gusty winds, and below average temperatures are ahead for your Tuesday Farmcast. Temperatures are starting out in the mid 60's to low 70's in the valley this morning, and and are projected to climb into the high 80's to low 90's this afternoon. Skies are starting out partly cloudy, but will slowly clear late this morning, and become mostly sunny. Smoke in the air will continue to be an issue, and limit air quality today. Make sure that you're careful if you are working outside, especially in the northern end of the valley. Winds will be out of the Southeast to around 10mph with gusts to around 20mph this afternoon. Humidity values will fall to between 15 to 30 percent. Fire danger continues to be elevated, and burning is not permitted today. Your Tuesday morning sunrise is set for 6:15am, and sunset will be at 8:09pm.
Temperatures will stay in the high 80's to mid 90's through the end of the week in the valley. Poor air quality will continue to be a big concern in your extended forecast, and gusty winds will continue to leave the region will elevated risk of fires. Hotter conditions will be ahead for this weekend, with the valley climbing back into the mid 90's to around 103 degrees.
