Sunny skies, warmer temperatures, and stronger North winds are ahead for your Friday. There are still thin clouds blanketing the mountains early this morning, but those clouds will dissipate throughout the day. Temperatures have dipped into the low to mid 40's in the valley overnight, and into the mid 20's to mid 30's in the mountains. Afternoon high temperatures are projected to climb into the low to mid 70's in the valley, and into the mid 50's to mid 60's in the mountains. Winds will be a big factor in your Friday forecast. Gusts are projected to reach 35mph out of the North in the valley, and sustained winds will range from 15 to 25mph out of the North. Mountain winds will not be quite as strong.
Sunny skies, and very warm temperatures are ahead for your weekend. Valley locations will climb into the mid to high 80's by Sunday afternoon, and mountain areas will climb back into the 70's for most locations. The North winds will continue across the region, but will be much lighter after tonight. Temperatures will stay in that same warm range into the start of next week, but will fall back into the low 80's for the valley on Tuesday. Partly cloudy skies, and low 80's will be ahead for Tuesday through Thursday. The next decent looking potential for rain will return towards the end of next week, but even long range models are currently split on what's ahead for the long range forecast. I hope everyone enjoys the much warmer conditions ahead for the region this weekend, and has a fantastic Friday!
