Cloudy skies are ahead for the start of your Thursday forecast, but mostly sunny conditions are expected for the afternoon. The clouds have trapped in heat overnight, leaving overnight low temperatures only falling into the low to mid 60's in the valley, and into the mid 40's to mid 50's in the mountains. Afternoon high temperatures are projected to climb into the mid 80's to low 90's in the valley, and into the low to mid 80's in the mountains. Winds will be light, and humidity values will fall to around 25 percent this afternoon. High pressure building into California from the Pacific will continue to leave the region with above average temperatures, and mostly sunny skies over the next several days.
Temperatures will be slightly warmer on Friday under mostly sunny skies. Weekend high temperatures will fall back into the mid to high 80's for the valley, before returning to the high 80's to low 90's for the start of next week. Unfortunately, conditions will stay dry through your extended forecast. I hope everyone enjoys the mild conditions ahead for the next several days, and has a great Thursday!
