Christmas tree shopping season has kicked off and for the Chico Boy Scouts its in full swing.
Today was the first day of Troop 31's annual Christmas tree sale.
The Chico community came out in full force to support their local Boy Scouts. It may be their first day of sales, but you're going to want to move fast if you want a Christmas tree from them.
In just the first hour and a half they sold 170 trees. Trees are only $40 no matter what the size is and all proceeds go towards funding Scout outings and support their charity work.
Troop 31's Christmas tree lot is at the corner of 10th and Esplanade right by the Chico Nut Company.
