Tehama County Authorities have arrested a Red Bluff couple after routine court-ordered visit discovered more than 50 marijuana plants, processed pot and 21 hypodermic syringes, all within reach of three children ranging from 6 months to 2 1/2 years old.

Officials say Daisy Jeam Bram, 32, and Jayme Jeff Walsh, 33, were taken into custody earlier this week on suspicion of felony child endangerment, possession of marijuana for sale and cultivation and violatio of a court order.

Both had been free from custody for prior criminal charges while they were awaiting trial. Tuesday's visit by authorities was part of a court-order check-up to make sure the couple was following the rules.

During the search, investigators located a 53 plant indoor marijuana grow operation at the residence along with 27.9 pounds of processed marijuana inside the residence. The processed marijuana was found in areas throughout the residence readily accessible to three minor children who ranged from the age of 6 months to 2 ½ years. Investigators additionally located 21 hypodermic syringes in an unlocked suitcase on the floor of the living room where the children played and slept with their parents.

Bram and Walsh were arrested and booked into the Tehama County Jail. Three children were placed with Child Protective Services for their safety.
