The CCAA is forcing the Chico State Men's Basketball team to vacate a victory that they claimed over Cal State Dominguez Hills. When the 'Cats beat the Toros on the road 85-58 back on February 15th, Chico used a player who was at that time ineligible. The win will be removed from the 'Cats conference record, taking it from 15-5 to 14-5. Vacating the win however won't effect Chico's eligibility in next week's conference tournament, where the 'Cats will still be the number 3 seed. The win will also not be taken away from Chico's overall record, so it shouldn't factor in to their standing in the west region either.
