In March, a woman's body was found in the back of a utility trailer parked at a residence on Rose Avenue in Chico.

The body was bound and wrapped in a sheet, and covered with a tarp.

The body was identified as Edison and detectives learned the trailer belonged to Swihart.

He now he faces 17 years-to-life in prison and is scheduled to be sentenced on may 12.
