vCHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) - The man accused of gunning down nine people in a black church in Charleston, South Carolina, is scheduled to appear in court this morning.
Prosecutors say Dylann Roof will be presented with indictments.
He faces nine counts of murder, three counts of attempted murder and a weapons charge in the June 17 massacre.
The judge also will hear a request from news agencies to release documents in the case.
The judge last week ordered attorneys to stop discussing the case publicly.
