Mostly sunny skies, warm temperatures, and windy conditions are ahead in your Monday forecast. Skies are starting out mostly sunny, but partly cloudy skies will return to the region later on this afternoon. Temperatures are expected to stay warm, but will not be quite as warm as yesterday. Valley locations are starting out in the mid 40's to low 50's, and higher elevations are starting out in the high 20's to low 40's. Afternoon high temperatures are expected to climb into the mid to high 70's in the valley, and into the mid 60's to low 70's in the mountains. Sustained winds will be between 10 to 15mph out of the South, with gusts up to 25mph this afternoon.
Mostly cloudy skies, and the potential for showers will return to the region tonight, and last through early tomorrow Tuesday morning. Winds will be even stronger this evening through early Tuesday as well, and gusts are expected to top 25mph out of the South. Skies will then clear out again on Tuesday, but temperatures will be significantly cooler than Monday. Most valley locations will only climb into the mid 60's on Tuesday.
A warming trend will return to the region on Wednesday, and will last through the weekend. Mid 70's return on Wednesday, and then valley locations can expect mid 80's from Thursday into the beginning of next week. I hope everyone has a marvelous Monday!
