After a busy weekend for Cal Fire crews, a bigger fire threat is returning to the North State.
Winds from the North are ramping up, and with the change in wind comes potentially explosive conditions.
Officials are warning those in the North State to be cautious with their outdoor activity.
They say anything from smoking to mowing in wild land could spark a wildfire.
The most recent fire to hit the North State is the "Tree fire" south of Pulga on Highway 70. Cal Fire crews were able to fully contain the blaze at 10 acres, however Division Chief Haile says had the winds been what they are this week, it could have been a different story.
