Central Valley High School on lock down after threat

Central Valley High School in Shasta Lake is on lockdown Thursday after information was passed to officials about a possible threat against the school.

School officials said Shasta County Sheriff’s deputies have been on scene since the threat was received and they are allowing parents of students to pick them up at any time.

There is no indication of who made the threat or the specifics of the threat made.
