The California Air Resource Board announced relief for truckers this week.
In a press release, the board says it will recognize truckers working in "good faith" to comply with new emissions standards by January 1st.
But some local truckers, like Greg Furlong, are caught in limbo.
“This truck is my 401K…my retirement,” said trucker Greg Furlong. “It should have some value but they've taken the equity out of it. The bottom line is I could lose my house with this whole thing.”
Here are details regarding the upcoming December CARB workshops.
