SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - Homicide investigators went door-to-door in a San Francisco neighborhood looking for surveillance camera video that could be a clue to the dismembered body found inside a suitcase abandoned on a downtown street.

KNTV reports that police in the South of Market district spent Thursday morning dumping trash cans and looking for more body parts or anything that could be linked to the case.

The Goodwill store near where the suitcase was found turned over surveillance video to police. Police say they also have surveillance video from Wednesday of a person with the suitcase.

The suitcase was found abandoned Wednesday afternoon in the city's South of Market neighborhood. More body parts were found nearby.

Police say it's still unclear if the remains belong to one person. Investigators have a rough description of a suspect but aren't releasing additional details.
