A young Orland boy has had a wish come true. Noah Ross, 6, suffered a series of seizures, and was flown to a children's hospital in Sacramento. Doctors told his mother he probably wouldn't live through the night. But he did live, and his illness is still a mystery. Noah has always wanted to be a police officer, so Orland Police invited him to ride in their patrol car during the annual 4th of July Parade Friday. They also gave him a uniform and a badge. Noah's mother says it was a dream come true to watch her son have so much fun, especially after such a hard year.
