For those who’ve been dreaming of hitting the slopes with the approach of cooler weather, Boreal Mountain Resort opened one run with eight terrain park features today. According to the resort’s press release, snowmakers have been making snow with the low temperatures on Donner Summit allowing for the early opening. They will continue to make snow and expand terrain coverage, conditions pending.
