WASHINGTON (AP) - U.S. prosecutors are expected to argue before a federal judge in Washington today that the first person prosecuted for the deadly attack on the American compound in Benghazi, Libya, should remain in detention.

Prosecutors accuse Ahmed Abu Khattala (hah-TAH'-lah) of taking part in the Sept. 11, 2012 attack that killed Ambassador Chris Stevens and three other Americans.
