It was a beautiful Fall day around the North State, with nice temperatures and a bit of wet weather in the Sierra Neavada. One of those Sierra showers rolled into Chico around 6pm, giving us a little splash of rain and a lovely rainbow to finish off our day. Low pressure in Nevada rotated those showers westward towards us... but as that low moves eastward, the wet weather will follow. So, there's a slight chance of a shower tomorrow in the Sierra Nevada, but much less than today... and the Valley should be totally dry.
High pressure will slowly build back into the North State next week, sending our temperatures back up. By the end of the week, Valley highs will be near 90 again.
