Baby wipes recalled over bacterial contamination

Ten brands of baby wipes are being recalled nationwide because they may be contaminated with bacteria.

Nutek disposables incorporated of Pennsylvania is recalling all of the following brands of baby wipes; cuties,, Femtex, Kidgets, Member's Mark, Simply Right, Sunny Smiles, Tender Touch, and Well Beginnings.

The wipes were sold at online retailers... including and and at retail stores, including Walgreens, Sam's Club, Family Dollar and Fred's stores.

Nutek disposables manufactures the wipes and tested some of them after receiving consumer complaints of a bad odor and discoloration.

Some of the wipes tested positive for a type of bacteria that usually poses no health risk to the healthy, but could be dangerous to those with weakened immune systems.

Consumers can return the products to the store where purchased for a full refund.
