ACCRA, Ghana (AP) - An explosion has left a gruesome scene in Ghana's capital. Officials say floodwater from torrential rain carried fuel from a gas station into a nearby neighborhood, where a fire ignited it.
At least 73 people were killed in the blast, which set neighboring buildings on fire.
The explosion took place as dozens sought shelter in the gas station and nearby shops in central Accra to escape the rain.
